| Mr. Sarpong 27 years working experience with the Department of Factories Inspectorate (Ministry of Labour and Employment), rose through the ranks and attained the position of Deputy Chief Factories Inspector. The main aim of the Inspectorate has been the promotion of Occupational Health and Safety in industries and other workplaces in the administration of the Factories Offices and Shops Act, 1970(Act 328). |
