| Profile |
| Joe has over eighteen (18) years experience in environmental management planning, environmental impact assessment and auditing, environmental resources management, environmental laws and policy framework development, environmental impact of development projects and with considerable experience in natural resources, ecosystems conservation and management. His functional expertise in Environmental and Natural Resources Management include impact identification and prediction, impact evaluation, mitigation and monitoring of development projects. Other areas of his expertise include occupational health and environmental safety management, environmental management systems (ISO 14000) design and total quality management (TQM). |
| Joseph has over the years been involved in conducting evaluations and assessments of projects, developing and establishing Knowledge Management Systems through the assessment of trends using M&E performance indicators, as well as the creation of central database systems for information management and analysing lessons learned to enhance organisational M&E processes. |
